With over 30 years of mortgage experience and a deep specialism in working with dentists and medical professionals, Sarah Grace is the founder of Sarah Grace Mortgages Ltd. After eight years as a self-employed Mortgage Associate, Sarah launched her own business in 2012 and transitioned to a limited company in 2015.

Known for her expertise in complex income structures, Sarah provides tailored, long-term support to clients throughout their mortgage journey—not just during the transaction. Her dedication has earned industry recognition, including Woman of the Year – Mortgages at the Women in Financial Advice Awards (2018) and a win in the Complex Income category at The British Specialist Lending Awards (2024).
