Luke Moore co-founded Dental Elite in Spring 2010, bringing together his background in Accounting & Finance with nearly 15 years of experience in the dental sector. Before launching Dental Elite, Luke held a senior role at another leading dental agency, where he gained a deep understanding of the fast-paced world of recruitment and practice sales.

At Dental Elite, Luke combines financial expertise with hands-on industry insight to guide dentists through some of life’s biggest professional milestones — whether buying, selling, or financing a dental practice, or progressing in their careers. His approach is rooted in transparency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their future.
